SEM / PPC Account Specialist
We are currently looking for a highly skilled SEM / PPC specialist to join our team. As a Google Premier Partner, we specialist in creating performance driven Google Ads-Adwords, Shopping, Display and YouTube Ads.

The Role
This is an agency-based role so you can expect to work with a range of great clients across a range of industries. So, lots of variety and opportunity.
Manage end-to-end campaign setup, campaign launch, account optimisation and communication with clients. Across Google Ads, Display, Facebook Ads, YouTube Ads, Remarketing.
All your work will be focused on delivering improved performance for our clients across ROARS and other key KPIs.
You will be the first point of contact for your clients, taking ownership of monthly catch up calls and some inbound calls and emails, and turning these into actionables in your accounts.
Customer relationship building is key and being able to provide strategic advice to client’s while understanding their business needs
About You:
The qualities and skills we’re looking for are:
- Previous experience in a Digital Marketing Specialist or Account Management role (minimum 2 year)
- Technical proficiency in Google Ads, as well as an Advanced understanding of account strategy and inbound lead generation and conversion.
- The ability to write effective ad copy that sells.
- Enjoys working with clients and has a track record of experience in customer service
- Genuinely enjoys problem solving challenging issues with clients
- Ability to build a solid relationship with a client, but also using experience to guide them.
- Knows when an email is sufficient and when a phone call is needed to resolve client issues
- Instills confidence in clients through competence and a high level of customer service
- Essential skill-set of being highly efficient and organised to be able to handle a number of clients concurrently
- Attention to detail is a must – when you review a campaign build before launch, you must be able to identify even the smallest of issues; from typos through to landing page issues
- Highly process-driven – can create and/or follow a brief to exact specification, and effectively use a project management software to track progress and updates from across our team.

- Located opposite Manly Wharf, short walk to ferries, buses and Manly Beach.
