This is an agency-based role so you can expect to work with a range of great clients across a range of industries. So, lots of variety and opportunity.
We are looking for an experienced Paid Search & PPC specialist who has a real passion for all things digital. This position is responsible for managing, optimising, and reporting on tier 1 paid campaigns across: Search- Google Ads & Bing Ads, Google Shopping, Display Ads, YouTube Ads and Remarketing. Effectively managing these campaigns to maximize ROAS, as well as other key metrics, is a critical component to job success.
The idea person will have 4+ years’ experience in a similar role and be able to hit the ground running with our existing clients. This role offers a clear growth path to Paid Media Manager within our agency, where you can build and run your own team if this is your chosen path.
What you’ll be doing every day
- Build campaigns and optimization on Google Ads, Bing & other eCommerce marketing platforms to generate a positive ROI.
- Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns.
- Develop and manage an appropriate Key Performance Indicator (KPI) structure for the Paid Search function.
- Manage bids & Budgets for Google Adwords, Youtube, Yahoo, BingAds.
- Measure & Implement the results of A/B testing for Advert coping & targeting.
- Using Google Analytics to work out our cost per acquisition, check device category performance, and create custom audiences.
- Working closely with Social and SEO team to ensure strategies are well-aligned.
- Manage the landing page or funnel changes that you think will aid us in our pursuit of improved conversion rates.
- Maintain reporting dashboards and present performance and insights.
- Suggest improvements for process and productivity optimization.
- Providing guidance, support, and training to junior SEM specialists
What are we looking for
- 4+ years of experience working in a similar role in a Client-side or agency environment.
- Good understanding of Google text and Shopping ads, Merchant Centre, data feed management, Gmail, Display & YouTube advertising.
- Experience in Implementing Lead generation Landing Pages, A/B Testing
- Experience in analysing client websites and provide well-defined strategies to improve site performance and ROI
- Strong in analytics and data analysis and able to draw valuable commercial insights from the data and present this to the client.
